Japanese School Trip

Back in the beginning of December, I participated in a Japanese trip to Mitsuwa Marketplace in New Jersey. I thought that this trip was very interesting, and kept me occupied. First, we went to a Japanese toy store. It was so different from American toy stores. The toys were more delicate and detailed, and they had many things I had never seen before. After that, we went to a Japanese book store. We saw all different types of Japanese books, and even Japanese magazines! Later, we went to the actual marketplace. They had aisles and aisles of Japanese foods, and even some restaurants. The food sold by the restaurants is molded in showcases made of plastic, at the front. I thought that was really cool. At first I didn't even want to go on this trip, but it turned out to be a great new learning experience.
